Putting the skin in skinny

So here's a few secret things that I'm starting to find work really well for skin in the age group of late 20s to late 30s.

So just like there was a Acai, quinoa, coconut, etc. craze.....the new it thing is chia seeds. Think of chia seeds more like quinoa. Yes foods trend just like everything else. The truth is what you use on your skin should be able to go Into your body, as your skin is actually considered the largest organ of the body. And a lot of these things are actually great for your metabolism as well.

Here's a great weekly exfoliant with chia seeds. It works great on all skin types as well and it will detoxify your skin!

Oily/acne/combo skin
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Dry/normal/sensitive skin
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon of rosewater
2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Remember to ably to your neck and décolleté area as well as this area should be treated like the skin on your face. Remember to not exfoliate too close to your eyes, this area is thin and sensitive

For mature skin you can use 1 tablespoon of Orange Flower Water as a substitute for lemon juice and most of this can be purchased at your local health food store.

Here are some benefits of these natural ingredients have
Detoxifying
Alkalizing
Healthy fats
Anti aging
Speeds metabolism
Anti inflammatory
Anti bacterial

Post your experiences! :)
